Instructions for use in full bath:
1. Measure out your desired amount of bath salts (1 cup rec.)
2. Fill up a bathtub with warm water

Instructions for using muslin bag:
1. Scoop in the desired amount of bath salts or bath tea.
2. Pull the string to close.
3. Place in warm water and enjoy.
